That is why it is super important that your rabbit receive unlimited amounts of straw and wooden toys to nibble. If your rabbit’s teeth stop gnawing as they normally would, the simple act of eating could be very painful, and you may stop eating. So monitor what you eat. Even 12 hours without food can be fatal.
